My Weekend with the Rock

For me, this weekend started on Friday. I had basketball practice Friday night, but DJ just watched because he can't shoot the ball hard enough to get it to the hoop. After practice, the night wasn't all that. DJ knows why. I eventually got everything worked out, which DJ liked. He isn't a fan of drama. Saturday was a really great night. We stayed up late for fun. We watched Everybody Hates Chris and Shrek 2. On Sunday, I had a basketball game. Our team lost 33 to 28. I fouled out. DJ told me he really wants to play basketball, so next time we hang out, he's suppose to remind me and I'll teach him to play. I'm thinking strength training to start. On Monday, DJ helped me make lunch, and he said his good-byes to the family.

Party Time with DJ Nike

My Wednesday with DJ Nike was quite boring. We stayed home with my family. Basically, we just sat at the computer and watched T.V. Thursday brought Thanksgiving! I ate, but DJ didn't. That was fun. I got to see my family from Texas and we took pictures. On Friday, we practiced for my cousin's Quinceanera at 9:00 AM. After that, we went home. Then we went to my grandma's house on my dad's side. At 7:30, we helped set up for church.

Saturday was the big day. First, though, I had basketball practice at 9:00 AM. After practice, I went home and changed into my tux. DJ opted to stay home and missed out on all the fun. It started at the church where, after the ceremony, Ollie The Trolley picked us up and we went to take pictures. Finished taking pictures, the party began. We danced a lot! Some dances we had to do, like the Waltz, while others we couldn't help but do, the Thriller. The party ended around midnight, which was fine with me since I was tired. I went home and went to sleep.

On Sunday, I went and said good-bye to my aunt and cousins since they were leaving to go back to Texas. After they left, we went to my other aunt's house and then to my basketball game. My weekend was fun with DJ Nike.

The Rock and I

My weekend with the rock was rather boring and slow. He didn't do anything with me. All he did was sit in my backpack. I never took him out, but here is what he told me when I finally did take him out. He said, "It was dark and scary in there." At that point, our time together was over because it was Monday and it was time for school. While DJ was hiding out, I spent my weekend going to a birthday party at a pool. That was fun. Later in the weekend, my grandfather and I went in the basement to finish Jon's dresser that's been sitting down there disabled for about 5 months. After that, we went shopping and helped pulled a car out of the snow. We then had to shovel our own driveway because all the snow from the snow plow ended up at there. The pile was rather high, so we had our work cut out for us. And that in a nutshell was my weekend.

On Friday, DJ and I went home after school. Later that night, we waited for my friend to come over. To pass the time, I tried to hook up XBox Live. That night, my friend and I played video games in the wee hours. DJ watched because "he wasn't a gamer," but that certainly didn't stop him from commenting on our play. On Saturday, it was my birthday. My friend, DJ, and I went to the Grand China Buffet. There, we had crab legs. We went home and crashed after that. On Sunday, my friend finally went home leaving just DJ and me to pass the day. On Monday, I took DJ to his home at school.

Babysitting with DJ

My weekend with DJ was exciteful. I babysat a toddler, who proceeded to hit me repeatedly with a plastic sword. The rock and I were annoyed. I offered to throw DJ at the toddler, but he wasn't on board. We later went out to eat at Piccolo's Steak House where we saw billionaire Warren Buffet. We brought DJ home some potato soup, but he didn't want any...again.
